DSPA Software Inc. rated Positive by leading analysts report on Insurance Incentive Compensation Management for a second year

The rating was published in the December 14th, 2006 MarketScope for North American Insurance Incentive Compensation Management Applications by Gartner Research Vice President, Todd Eyler.
