News DSPA Software hosts 8th Annual User Group Conference Toronto, Ontario - January, 2007– DSPA Software Inc. recently brought 12 insurers and over 65 business and technical users from across Canada and the U.S. together in Toronto for this successful two day User Group event. Clients were given the opportunity to update one another on their initiatives, receive information on product development and provide important feedback on the future development needs of FASAT and FASATweb. The conference included valuable business and industry sessions, roundtable discussions with colleagues, interactive product sessions and a special networking event designed to help our customers achieve success and work together to solve their “mysteries” during the Murder Mystery dinner. DSPA unveiled their latest version of FASAT. FASAT 4.0, re-written entirely on Microsoft’s .NET platform, was received with eager applause and cheers providing everyone with a re-energized look toward managing their distribution channels and sales compensation. DSPA was also pleased to include well-known life insurance industry leader, presenter and client, Dr. John Stout, Foresters Vice President of Business Development and Sales Operations. Dr. Stout’s presentation on the “North American Distribution Landscape” was powerful and enlightening as he captivated the audience with his outlook on the challenges and options available for life insurance distribution today.
